Customer satisfaction has been our main reason for moving towards higher quality in providing products and services. Therefore, the Tehran Sales and Support Office of this complex has been established and started working with the aim of increasing the profits from the purchase of its customers by directly providing products at the best price to the end consumer.

Considering the measures taken to increase the productivity of production lines, the launch of a continuous melting and casting plant (CCM), a thermal processing furnace, a peeling and slicing machine, as well as the launch of an integrated procurement, production and sales system in the Fararo complex, the target of the Fararo Steel Complex to achieve a nominal production of up to 60,000 tons by the end of 1403 has been achieved.

Knowing the high quality of its manufactured products, the Fararo Steel Company has taken steps to obtain various standards, including ISO9001. In the next step, in order to develop the consumer market, the Fararo Steel Complex aims to export various products of this company with the highest quality and standards to neighboring countries and North Africa by the end of 1404.
