Quality control

In order to ensure the quality of the manufactured products, in addition to testing and fully examining the incoming raw materials, Ferraro Steel Company provides the following tests and analyses in the quality control unit upon customer request.

1. Analysis control: Chemical composition of the produced ingots
2. Dimensional control: Control of the cross-sectional dimensions of the rolled product, control of the cutting length according to the order
3. Surface control: Control of surface and deep cracks in the incoming ingot, control of cracks in the rolled product
4. Internal fault detection test: Ultrasonic Testing (according to customer request)
5. Melt impurity test (according to customer request)
6. Hardness test
7. Chemical composition test of the rolled product: Spark Test (according to customer request)
8. Control of the amount of product warping and compliance with the standard
9. Dimensional control and surface quality of peeling
10. PT test of penetrating liquid with a percentage determined by the customer (according to customer request)
